TD Bank Names Randall Wernes to Vice President in Middle Market Lending in Piscataway, N.J.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (October 22, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Randall S. Wernes a Vice President in Middle Market Lending in Piscataway, N.J. He is responsible for providing portfolio management, focused on retaining and growing existing and new middle market clients throughout Central New Jersey.

Mr. Wernes has 20 years of experience in banking, finance and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Partner with Osprey Financial Group, LLC, a boutique private capital advisory firm in West Milford, N.J. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President with Mizuho Corporate Bank in New York City.

A resident of Westfield, N.J., Mr. Wernes received an MBA in Finance in 2000 from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management in Newark, N.J., and an undergraduate degree in 1989 from Roanoke College in Salem, Va.
