TD Bank Names Uk-Sun Kim Vice President in Corporate Credit Management in New York City

NEW YORK CITY (March 18, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Uk-Sun Kim to Vice President in Corporate Credit Management in New York City. He is responsible for credit structuring, evaluation and underwriting of debt transactions for large and middle-market U.S. corporate entities in various industries.

Mr. Kim has seven years of experience in finance and banking. He joined TD Bank in 2010 as an Associate, and previously has worked in corporate finance, leveraged finance and restructuring groups at M&T Bank, Mizuho Corporate Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

A Clark, N.J., resident, Mr. Kim actively volunteers with New York Cares. He is a 2004 graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., and a 2000 graduate of Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark, N.J.
