Woodard has 22 years of experience in healthcare lending and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as Market Leader in Healthcare & Senior Living Finance at Sovereign Bank/Banco Santander and a Senior Client Manager in Healthcare & Institutions at Bank of America, both in Boston.

A resident of Somerville, Mass., Woodard received an MBA in 1990 from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., and an undergraduate degree in 1985 from Smith College in Northampton, Mass.
