Wade Jacobson Joins TD Bank as a Director in Corporate Credit Management in New York, N.Y.

NEW YORK, N.Y. (June 28, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Wade C. Jacobson as Director in Corporate Credit Management in New York, N.Y. He is responsible for working with a group of professionals to review and process credit applications for companies with annual sales in the range of $500 million to $1 billion.

Jacobson has 30 years of experience in banking, real estate and insurance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he held various positions within TD Securities over a 12-year period in real estate lending, loan workout, corporate finance and corporate banking in New York City and Melbourne, Australia. He also served as a Vice President in the real estate lending unit at Manufacturers Hanover Bank and Trust Co. in New York City.

A Newtown, Penn., resident, Jacobson is an Elder at the Woodside Presbyterian Church and a member of the Morrisville Business Association in Morrisville where his family has a small business. He received an MBA in 1988 from Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J., and an undergraduate degree in 1982 from Drew University in Madison, N.J. A native of Madison, N.J., Jacobson is a 1978 graduate of Madison High School.
