TD Bank Names Mark Wasilefsky Named Commercial Credit Manager for Connecticut Market

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (January 29, 2013) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Mark A. Wasilefsky to Market Commercial Credit Manager for the Connecticut market. Based in Glastonbury, Conn., he will oversee a team of underwriting and structuring professionals tasked with providing consistent incremental improvement of the analysis and approval of individual credits and the overall quality of the commercial loan portfolio. 

Wasilefsky has more than 20 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2010 as a Vice President in Middle Market banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served in high-level management positions at RBS in Hartford and Greenwich, Conn., and at Bank of America in Hartford. Wasilefsky also has served as the Director of Corporate Finance for two publicly traded companies.  

A Glastonbury resident, Wasilefsky volunteers with Junior Achievement and is active in his church, First Church of Christ, in Glastonbury. He received an MBA from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass., and an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs.
